Welcome to my website/blog/thing. I am super new to the whole “website for yourself” idea. I wanted to start this site so that I can start documenting things that are happening in my life. There will be no specific thing that I am posting about so expect the unexpected. Some things that you may see include:

• Things related to technology
• Travel/Outdoors items (If I can find time)
• Projects I am working on
• Sports

There will be other things, but these are the primary items. I hope to post pretty consistently but I know that keeping up with a blog can be pretty tough. To combat this, most of my tech posts will be how-tos and tips. This will help by having me post regularly.

A Little About Myself

I almost forgot to introduce myself – my name is Zach. I am from a small-ish town in the Pacific Northwest named Roseburg. I currently work as an Information Systems Technician. For fun I like to hike, fish, travel and play musical instruments. On top of all of this, I just became a dad.

Lately, I have been getting into programming podcasts. My favorite so far is “Coding Blocks”, they cover very interesting topics. What are some of your favorite podcasts? Let me know on Twitter.
